TERMS - Net 30 days for open accounts. No orders will be shipped without prior credit approval. We accept only PayPal via the following.  For international accounts we accept payment by PayPal, wire transfer, or certified check. PRICING - Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders with a New York State delivery address are subject to state sales tax. SHIPMENTS - Goods will be shipped the least expensive way unless specific shipping instructions are included with your purchase order. RETURNS - No Returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Venus Display Mannequin.  All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customer’s expense and are subject to 25% restocking charge. A Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label. CLAIMS - Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customer’s carrier or agent.
